I fell ill in Spain and was hospitalized in a hospital in Madrid.
At first, you took care of my personal needs.
Later, I needed a medical interpreter, clothing, cell phone setup, a hairdresser for the hospital and communication with the nurses, all of which was quickly arranged as requested.
She had also researched meals in advance at tasty and reputable places.
After leaving the hospital, they arranged for me to go to a nursing home until I returned home, and also accompanied me on the train from Madrid to Paris and on the flight from Paris to Japan.
To make the trip as stress-free as possible, they also arranged a wheelchair for me with an assistant, took care of my medication, my injections, and changed my oxygen tank every hour and a half on board the plane.
They were very cheerful, pleasant and fast, totally human.
I would recommend them to everyone if they have any problems or requests in Spain.
They spoke fluent Spanish and English when I did not understand the language, which put my mind at ease. Thank you.
