1. What is the Spanish Non-Profit Visa?
The Spanish non-commercial visa is issued to foreigners who wish to stay in Spain for an extended period of time without the purpose of working. This visa allows the holder to stay in Spain for one year and can be extended afterwards by completing a renewal procedure. The main attraction of the visa is that it does not permit work in Spain, but allows short-term travel to other EU countries for up to 90 days.
