Initially, we planned to just ask them to pick up and ship the item,
However, the local supplier I had been in contact with sent me the wrong product, and when I asked for an exchange,  the next time it was broken.
Thanks to their resourcefulness, they were able to negotiate with the local people and get out of what was going to be a complicated negotiation and trouble due to my carelessness.
