Initially, we intended to plan everything on our own. However, we encountered some obstacles that complicated our plans. When attempting to book a hotel, we realized that the website was entirely in Japanese, despite indicating it was in English. Furthermore, when we couldn’t access a traditional menu dinner, the representative from this company negotiated with the hotel so that we could enjoy it, even though we hadn’t requested it.

During our Christmas vacation, we faced difficulties in booking a hotel in Tokyo, especially for three people. Fortunately, in the end, this individual found a hotel for us and helped us choose one that was of high quality and well-located.

In addition to their assistance with accommodation, they provided valuable recommendations on navigating train travel between various cities, as well as suggestions for places and restaurants to ensure our trip was perfect. Without their support, our trip wouldn’t have been one of the best we’ve ever had.

We are immensely grateful for their help and dedication, which made a significant difference in our travel experience.
